1- How does it work?
The platform provides you with a management area that allows you to publish photos and videos in a private space. This space is only accessible by invitation and password.
The space administrator controls everything. They can choose who can access their private photo/video sharing space. You have many features to customize your private space. You can modify or delete your space at any time from your management area. Your data (photos, videos, texts, etc.) are then immediately deleted, leaving no backups.
It is a private and secure photo/video storage through which you can share remotely with distant family or friends. Our FAQ answers questions you might have about our secure sharing service.
2 – How to share with my loved ones?
Simply invite your loved ones by adding them from your management area. If you have their email addresses, go to the “My Guests” section then add them by indicating a first name, an email address, and choose the password they will have to use.
When a guest is added, they receive an invitation by email: this email contains their access details to connect to your private photo space. They do not need to create an account, download an app, or register. It’s simple and quick. Once connected, your guests can view photos, videos, and write comments if you allow them. Everything remains private in your space.

3 – How does the photos section work?
Photo albums are sorted by publication date and are editable (date and time) by clicking on “edit information”. The number of photo albums depends on the plan you use. A box indicates the number of photos present in the album. The album covers can be changed by clicking on “edit album photos”. You can also add different information such as a presentation text, captions on each photo, or even a location indicating where the photos were taken. All this information will then be visible to your guests.
4 – Can you customize your private space?
Absolutely. From your computer, you can choose an existing graphic theme among the many themes available to you. You can also customize one yourself by choosing colors or using your own personal photos. However, this customization feature is not available from a mobile phone. You can modify this customization at any time from your management area.
5 – Can guests be deleted?
You can delete or modify your guests from the “My Guests” section of your management area. Deleted guests are not notified of their access removal.

6 – How many passwords can be created?
You can create as many passwords as needed. It’s unlimited. Also, you will have the ability to choose what each password will allow to view. For example, one password for a single album or a single video, and another password giving access to your entire space. All this is managed in the “Guest Passwords” section and can be modified at any time. Similarly, if you change an existing password, the platform sends an email to guests using the old password to inform them their access has changed.
7 – Who can access my photos?
Only the administrator and their guests know the address and password to connect to the private space. Your photos are stored safely and there is no risk of your photos appearing one day on Google Images for example or on Facebook in the public domain. 8 – What is a contributor?
You can create contributor access for some of your guests and allow them to publish photos or videos in your private space. Everything is explained in the “My Contributors” section of your management area.
9 – Can videos be added?
Your management area allows you to publish videos in your private space. It’s not just a photo space but a truly secure multimedia space. You can publish videos up to 2 GB and comment on them if you want. The number of videos you can store depends on the plan chosen in your management area.
10 – How are guests notified?
When adding a guest in your management area, the platform sends a notification by email. Then, when you create a new photo album (or several) or add videos, the platform notifies your guest list by email. These update notifications are sent every morning around 8 am (French time). But you can disable this option in your management area.

11 – When and how to unsubscribe?
The management area allows you to manage your subscription as you wish. You can suspend your space at any time and reactivate it several months later when you need it. All this is managed in the “Space Management” section.
12 – What is a contributor?
You can create contributor access for some of your guests and allow them to publish photos or videos in your private space. Everything is explained in the “My Contributors” section of your management area.
13 – What is the messaging for?
The messaging allows you to receive messages sent by your guests as well as service updates.
14 – How to reconnect to the management area?
It’s very simple. After opening your space, you receive your access by email. The link to your management area is included. We recommend adding this address to your favorites so you have it handy whenever you want. On mobile, just tap the (+) icon to add the management area icon to your screen. The same on tablet.
15 – Are there other useful sections?
Our platform is aimed at all types of users. Whether it’s a wedding space, a travel space, or a family space, you have many possibilities. For example, you can create a mini blog in your space and post notes there. Family spaces also allow creating a photo directory with all the family members’ photos, or a “Drawings” section to publish photos of your children’s drawings or craftwork. We invite you to visit the different sections of the management area to consult the available sections.
16 – How do I log into the management area?
Simply use your administrator email address and password that you entered when creating the space. If you no longer remember your access, you can request to reset your password by email to create a new one.
17 – I have other questions, who can answer me?
Our platform offers 7/7 day email support in case you have additional questions. Also, Monday to Friday, we can call you back by phone to answer your questions live. Just request it directly from your management area, indicating your phone number as well as the day and time you wish to be called. Technical support will call you back at that time to answer your questions or special requests.

18 – Can links be added in the private space?
For security reasons, no clickable links can be placed in the different sections of the private space.
19 – Can we add pdf or doc files?
Absolutely! Share your documents with your guests via the “documents” section of your management area. Your guests will be able to download the documents you have uploaded. The service is practical for schools, nurseries, retirement homes, or to share files with your loved ones. Files cannot be seen by unauthorized people and the download link is only accessible to authorized persons.
20 – What is the “Follow” tab for?
Guests all receive a notification when a photo album is created or a video added. This notification is sent around 8 am French time. Guests already added do not need to click on “Follow” to receive notifications. The Follow tab is useful for wedding spaces where the newlyweds have printed the address of their private space on their wedding invitations. Guests can thus add themselves to the guest list by clicking on the “Follow” tab.
21 – What is the difference with a private Facebook account?
Unfortunately, no Facebook account is truly private. At any time, your Facebook friends can download your photos, and a friend request from a stranger can make you lose the confidentiality of your posts. In addition to many hacking risks, social networks use their users’ data.
We cannot consider that there is real privatization of accounts and posts. As for our platform, the spaces are invisible and unique. Our service is not a social network as you know them. Each space is private and compartmentalized, restricted only to guests.
