He can choose to accept or refuse the contribution. Once the contribution is accepted, it appears in the online photo space.

Once the request is accepted, the contributor receives their access and can start creating albums and adding videos. This operation is very practical and ensures total control of the space and of what is published there by the different contributors.

Is it free for guests?

It is totally free for guests as well as for contributors. The number of guests and contributors that the administrator can add is unlimited.

Can I control their photo contributions?

How many contributors can I add?

The number of contributors is unlimited. To add a contributor, just enter a first name and an email address. The platform immediately sends an email to the contributor containing their access that will allow them to publish photo albums and/or videos in the private space.

Can guests also publish?

No. Guests only have read-only access. However, it is entirely possible to be both guest and contributor. The administrator determines this from their management area.

Can I retrieve photos and videos from contributors?

Absolutely! The administrator just needs to log into the private space using a guest password, then go to the desired photo album (or video). A « Download album » link is displayed. It is also possible to download photos separately.
